Trail Mix

An energy packed after-school snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 lb. pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 lb. (1 cup) raisins
  • 1/2 lb. (1 cup) banana chips
  • 1/2 lb. almonds or walnuts
  • 1/2 lb. carob chips
  • 3 cups shredded wheat

    Directions

    1. Mix together in large bowl, then put into small Ziploc bags for hearty snacks.
