Cookies and Creme Pie
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk or light cream
1 pkg. (4 serving size) French Vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cup (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, about 10 cookies
1 chocolate crumb pie crust
Directions
1. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
3. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften before serving. Store pie in freezer.
