Cindy Amon’s Easy Cake Cookies
1 package cake mix (experiment with flavors you like)
1/3 cup oil
Water as needed
Combine cake mix, egg, and oil. Add water by teaspoonful as needed to form a ball. Drop by teaspoonful onto an oiled cookie sheet. Cookies may be rolled and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before lifting from cookie sheet. Let your imagination roam for extra ingredients such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, crushed lemon drops with lemon cake mix, crushed red candies with spice cake, dried fruit with various cake mixes, etc. Just go wild!!
