1 # 2 can peaches (heavy syrup)
1 box Duncan Hines (butter recipe)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1. Pour peaches in oblong baking dish, chop peaches and dump cake mix onto this.
2. Pour milk over this and stir with fork until mixed and no dry lumps of cake mix.
3. Cut the butter in little pats all over top of batter and place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
