Garlic-Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. small red potatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

    Directions

    1. Boil potatoes and garlic for 30 minutes. Drain.



    2. Place potatoes and garlic in pan over medium heat. Add sour cream, milk, butter and salt. Mash mixture to desired consistency.



    3. Stir in chopped chives.



    4. Serve warm.
