Puff pastry sheet
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll room temperature puff pastry sheet on floured surface. Scrape coating off Brie and slice horizontally in half. Place bottom half on center of pastry and over with desired preserves. Sprinkle with desired nuts. Top with other half of Brie and repeat with preserves and nuts.
Pull pastry up and over Brie, one corner at a time. Tuck in edges. Pinch pastry into a "purse pocket". Egg wash or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake until golden for 15-20 minutes.
