Funny Girl's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
8 eggs
3 cups half and half
1 1/2 c. each breakfast meat (cooked ham, bacon, sausage)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mustard, hot sauce, salt/pepper

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Fill with cubed bread. Mix eggs and half and half with mustard, salt,pepper, & hot sauce to taste. Set aside. Cover bread with meats and cheese. Pour mixture over, cover and refrigerate overnight. Pull out and bring to room temperature. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until set.
