1. In a large sauce pan, combine apple juice or cider, brown sugar and nutmeg.
2. In spice bag, place cinnamon, all spice, and one teaspoon of cloves in cheesecloth and tie. Add to cider mixture. Bring to a boil then reduce heat by half to simmer.
3. Place lid over pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove spice bag and discard.
