1 large can "Butter me Not" biscuits
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese of choice
3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper
1.) Press 1/2 of the biscuits into a 9 inch pie pan to form crust.
2.) Sauté peppers and onions in butter until tender.
3.) Layer 1/2 pepper and onion in bottom of pie crust.
4.) Put sliced tomatoes, then remaining pepper and onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
5.) Mix cheese and mayonnaise and spread on top of crust.
6.) Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
