Funny Girl’s Chocolate Tart


2 c. sugar
1T. Flour
2T. Cocoa powder
2c. half & half
4 egg yolks
1 T. butter
1 t. vanilla extract


Mix dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients and beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium-low heat until mixture becomes a thick custard. Whisk constantly, don’t leave unattended. Remove from heat and add butter & extract. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool and top w/ fresh raspberries.
