Mandarin Orange Salad


1 (3 oz.) package orange jell-o
1 cup boiling water
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 small package lemon jell-o
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 package miniature marshmallows
1 cup mayonnaise


Dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add pineapple and oranges after draining the juice from the oranges, but not the pineapple. Add this to jell-o and let set.

Add marshmallows to top. Whip the cream and fold in mayonnaise, spread over the marshmallows. Top with the grated cheese.
