Apples, oranges, grapes, grapefruit 2 or 3 cups of each
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Cut fruit into sections, toss fruit sections in 1/4 cup of sugar. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
Melt 1/2 cup butter in skillet. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Stir until bubbly- remove from heat.
Add 8 oz. carton sour cream, 1 tsp. vanilla and mix well.
Serve over fruit sections.
