1 lb. Ground beef
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp Chili powder
2 or 3 cups tortilla chips
1 bag-salad greens or 1 head lettuce
1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped
chopped green onions, sliced
sliced ripe olives (optional)
cheddar cheese, shredded
Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook beef and chili powder until brown. Pour off fat.
Add soup. Heat to low, mix well. and cook 5-10 minutes.
Arrange chips and greens on platter. spoon meat over greens and top with tomatoes, olives, green onions and cheese.
