Shrimp Salad

  • 2 cups cooked, chopped shrimp

  • 3 boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1/4 cup pickle relish

  • Salt and pepper

  • Mayonnaise


Place shrimp and eggs into a bowl. Add pickles, salt, and pepper to taste. Add enough mayonnaise to hold salad together. Serve with lettuce and fresh tomatoes.
