Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz.) package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1 (1/2-inch) slice deli ham, cubed
- 1 (1/2-inch) slice deli hard salami, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice Monterey Jack or Swiss Cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
- 1/4 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice American or Cheddar Cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
- 36 toothpicks
Directions
Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain. Place Italian dressing, ham, salami, red and green pepper in large plastic food bag. Tightly seal bag. Turn bag over; place in 13x9-inch pan. Refridgerate, turning occastionally for 2 to 3 hours, then drain. Threat tortellini, ham, salami, peppers and cheese on toothpicks.
