- Portabella mushroom caps
- Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
1. Use Portabella caps as the pizza crust. Invert caps, brush with olive
2. Brush sauce over cap. Sprinkle with cheese. Add pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian herbs, basil and oregano. Sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 375 for 15 minutes.
3. Variations: Use browned Italian sausage, removed from their casings, and additional small mushrooms instead of the pepperoni.
