Miss Kitty's Crispy Chicken Fingers
4 boneless chicken breasts
3 tsp. minced onion
2 cups butter cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Combine cracker crumbs, sesame seed, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Dip chicken strips in mayonnaise mixture, then dip in cracker mixture. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes.
Very good served with Chef's Salad.
