Lavendar and Honey Simple Syrup
½ tsp dried lavender
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tsp honey
Boil the first 3 ingredients to a boil until sugar dissolves stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and let cool for about 10 minutes before you strain the lavender out.
Cool in refrigerator for a few minutes.
To serve drizzle over fruit of your choice and then drizzle the honey.
Also good if you top with a plain or vanilla yogurt before you drizzle the syrup and honey.
Top with chopped toasted almonds.
