1 Stick (4 Ounces) Unsalted Butter, Softened
2 Cups Confectioner’s Sugar
2 Tbsp. Whole Milk
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp. Banana Extract, To Taste
Gel Food Coloring (Optional)
1. Mix butter and 1 cup confectioner’s sugar until fluffy and smooth.
2. Add remaining sugar and beat until smooth. Add milk, salt, vanilla and food coloring, and beat until creamy.
3. Use immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:
Mix together 1 cup Peanut Butter, 1 tsp Milk and 1 stick of room temp butter until lumps are gone
Add 2 cups of confection sugar
Add 1 tsp of milk to cream
Cool in fridge for 10 minutes
