1- 9" deep dish pie crust
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 cup ham, chopped
1 can asparagus,
1 cup chopped pieces of baby or aged swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Cook pie crust for 6 minutes in a 450 degree oven. then reduce heat to 325 degrees.
Beat 3 eggs, add milk add, onion, ham, asparagus.
In a separate bowl toss cheese with flour. Add to mixture and add salt and pepper.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 30-45 minutes.
