Debbie Bump's Seafood Salad
1 lb. package imitation crab meat chopped
1 lb. package mixed vegetables frozen
6-8 spring onions chopped small
1/4 cup green or red peppers (optional)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Morton's - Nature Seasons or your choice of seasonings.
Mix together all ingredients well in large bowl for best flavor. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Serve cold with Town House crackers.
