Grape Salad

Ingredients

8 ounce cream cheese
4 ounce sour cream
4 ounce mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 pound green seedless grapes
1 pound red seedless grapes
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)

Directions

Soften cream cheese; mix sour cream and mayonnaise; add together with vanilla. Add washed grapes and toss. I prefer to cut my grapes in half—makes them easier to eat. Chill. Just before serving toss well ½ cup nuts into grapes, sprinkle ½ cup brown sugar on top of grapes; sprinkle remaining ½ cup nuts on top of brown sugar.
Variation: Leave out the 4 ounces of mayonnaise and use 8 ounces of sour cream.
