6 Granny Smith Apples
1 pineapple ( chunks)
1 -6 oz. pineapple juice
1 pkg. pitted dates cut into slices
1 cup pecans
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipped cream
1. Wash apples; cut into half and remove core. Cut into medium sized cubes.
2. In a large bowl, mix apples and pineapple with juice to prevent discoloring.
Drain juice from apples and pineapple, and then add the dates and nuts.
3. Fold in mayonnaise and mix gently. Add whipped cream and toss gently.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
