Joanne McGhee's Spiced Eggnog Latte Cookies
Ingredients
1 Box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
1/3 cup Oil
2 eggs
Frosting:
4 oz. Butter softened
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Coffee-mate Eggnog Latte Creamer
Pinch of nutmeg
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Stir together all ingredients until well mixed.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten each cookie with bottom of a glass.
Bake for 6-8 minutes and allow cooling on a cookie rack.
Frosting:
Whip butter and cream cheese together. Add eggnog creamer and nutmeg. Slowly add powered sugar until combined. Frost Cookies generously.
