Ingredients
½ cup margarine
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped fine
¼ cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream margarine, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and vanilla together. Sift flour and add to creamed mixture. Add pecans and mix well. Shape into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely and roll in ¼ cup powdered sugar.
