Ingredients
5 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
1 c. soy sauce
2c. Worcestershire sauce
1t. Cayenne pepper
½ c. Brown sugar
65-3 inch strips bacon
Directions
Marinate water chestnuts in first four ingredients for 3 hours or more. Drain and reserve liquid for reduction. Roll water chestnut in bacon and skewer. Broil until bacon is crisp. Drain off grease. Drizzle with reduction. Serve.
