Joanne McGhee's Tropical Pudding Cake

Ingredients

1 Box Pillsbury White Cake Mix
1 Box Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix
1 can (8 ox) crushed Pineapple (Do Not Drain)
¼ Oil
½ cup Milk
1-Tablespoon Banana Extract
4 eggs

Frosting:
½ stick butter
2 Tablespoons Banana or Coconut Extract
½ box Confectioners Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour Bunt Cake Pan.
Add cake mix and pudding in a large bowl; stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave in pan for additional 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
In a saucepan melt butter then add extract and sugar. Stir until well blended. Pour over warm cake.
