Spicy Italian Shrimp

Ingredients

1 bag "Shrimp Man" shrimp
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
3-4 garlic cloves crushed
1 fresh red Chili pepper-chopped
Oregano
Mixed Italian herbs
Fresh basil torn
Salt & pepper

Directions

Peel and devain shrimp



Use enough olive oil to lightly cover



Squeeze juice of lemon



Add garlic and chili pepper



Add sprinkle of herbs



Mix though to coat shrimp well.



Top with torn basil and a little fresh ground pepper



Best prepared to sit overnight.



To cook: Place under a preheated boiler (15 minutes preheated) about 4
inches from elements.



Cook about 5 minutes then remove and turn shrimp cook for another 5
minutes.



Serve with fresh toasty bread.
