Willie's Shrimp Provoscal


4 oz. Red Pepper, diced
4 oz. Green Pepper, diced
6 oz. Yellow onion, sliced
4 oz. Green onions (scallions) diced (green part)
4 oz/ Red Tomatoes. diced
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Cavinder Spice OR Greek Seasoning
White Wine - splash
1 oz butter****
12 shrimp size: 21/25 medium, washed, peeled and deveined


Sprinkle seasonings on veggies and shrimp.
Saute veggies in butter and wine until fork tender,

Add shrimp, cook until light pink - do not over cook. Add a little more butter and wine if needed while cooking.

Serve with rice or potatoes and salad.
****Must use Real Butter - not imitation/substitute or margarine.
