Cindy Aman's Easy Tomato Pie
1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
3 strips fried bacon, broken into bits
2-3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
½ large white onion, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
¾ to 1 cup mayonnaise
Place pie crust into a pie pan and bake for 5-8 minutes. Mix bacon, tomatoes and onions and pour into pre-baked pie shell. Mix cheese and mayonnaise together to bind and top tomato mixture completely with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until pie crust is brown and cheese is melted. Cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
