House Deliberates Misconduct Charges Against NY Congressman

A House panel is deliberating the 13 counts of financial and fundraising misconduct against New York Congressman Charles Rangel.

Rangel walked out of his ethics trial Monday, telling the panel he had no money to pay for a lawyer. If found guilty, he faces a house vote denouncing his conduct but will remain in office.

Rangel was re-elected with 80-percent of the vote.
