Congress will begin a hearing this week looking into the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi.
CBS News has learned the House Oversight Committee will hear from at least three witnesses that are being called "whistleblowers".
One of the witnesses is Gregory Hicks who was at the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli when the Consulate came under fire.
He's prepared to testify that the embassy crew there always considered this a terrorist strike, even though five days later, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice called it an attack spawned from a spontaneous protest.
