President Talks Jobs in Detroit

President Obama told thousands of union members and supporters Monday there's a lot of work to do to repair the damage from the recession.

The president spoke in downtown Detroit. He says he has a plan to put construction workers back to work rebuilding roads across the country, and that he wants Congress to get on board.

He plans to outline the effort in a joint session of congress on Thursday.

Anybody can sit around and talk "jobs". What we need are some jobs. About my last boy friend, he could talk about getting a job for ever, but he could sit on his butt to. He found his clothes on the front porch, and the door locked with new locks.
