Powdery Substance Found in Mail at Fla. State Attorney's Office

Several workers complained of headaches after a white powder came out of an envelope sent to the Florida state attorney's office Tuesday.

Police responded to the West Palm Beach office around 9:00 a.m. after the envelope was found to have a white powdery substance in it.

Three people working in the mail room complained of headaches, nausea and vomiting. A firefighter who responded suffered cardiac symptoms.

All those affected were taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Field tests on the powder came back inconclusive. The substance is being sent to an FBI lab for further testing.

I was opening a box one day and some white powder came out of it and got onto my hands. Did I freak out and have a crapping bananas fit, Nooo. I just opened the box up took out some plates and saucers that were in the box and put the box back into the garbage it came out of. I am looking for something I can sell, I don't have time to be scared. And I never gave it any thought anyway.I'm a recycler, and yes, I look through your garbage.I have found some really pretty jeans that all they needed was to be sewn up and you crazy people threw them away, shame on yall. You can buy replacement dishes if you break some of your set, you don't have to throw them away.
