Rick Scott will be sworn in as Florida's 45th governor in less than 24 hours and he's bringing a new first lady with him.
Ann Scott is moving into the governor's mansion with what could be an active agenda.
The governor-elect says she'll be one of the most involved first ladies in the history of the sunshine state. Ann Scott has always been involved in her community, and she's about to take that dedication statewide.
She's worked with the non-profit organization "World Vision" to build a primary health care system in Kenya. At home, she donates her time to the Liberty Youth Ranch, a camp for abandoned, abused, neglected and orphaned children in Collier County.
The incoming first lady will have plenty of help in getting things done. The only question is what her agenda will look like.
Mrs. Scott says she's taking her time deciding what causes she'll take up.
The Scott team says their first priority will be to give her a primer on how to deal with the media.
Her first act as first lady will be a tour of the governor's mansion Tuesday afternoon where she's asked everyone to donate a book to the Volunteer USA Foundation.
