Jimmy Blake and attorney Bill Mathis got their day in court in front of Circuit Court Judge Nicole Stills.
Blake contending that gubernatorial candidate Robert Bentley violated the Fair Campaign Practices Act in failing to initially report AEA in kind contributions that were used to pay for a series of robo calls just prior to July primary.
In Friday morning's hearing, attorneys for Robert Bentley argued that Bentley did report the contributions, and that no laws were broken.
Judge Stills is weighing the issue, and is expected to have a ruling later Friday on this.
Regardless of how Judge Stills rules on this case, Blake will contest the election next week.
