Amendment Number Eight on the ballot involves the amount of money the lawmakers behind many of these amendments make!
If passed, it would set pay for legislators at the state's median household income.
It would also give them the same amount of pay for travel as other state employees.
Typically, this would mean a drop of nearly seven to eight thousand dollars per legislator.
Opponents say it is still not enough.
