Yesterday was the last night of Alabama's Legislative session.

Senate president Pro Tem Del Marsh says it was the best session since 2010.

Republicans passed the School Accountability Act, loosened restrictions on guns and started the consolidation of state law enforcement.

The Senate Democratic minority leader, however said it was the worst session of her legislative career.

Democrats failed to expand the state's medicaid program; the party's top priority.
