MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama's Republican Party is sending volunteers to other states because GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney is expected to carry Alabama handily. Party Chairman Bill Armistead says 200 volunteers have already signed up to help in swing states in late October.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Gov. Robert Bentley says he won't implement part of the federal Affordable Health Care Act in Alabama.
