Parents Get Involved Against Alabama's School Accountability Act

Three parents are getting involved in a lawsuit against Alabama’s school accountability act.

The parents represented by the institute for justice support the private school tax credits.

They chose to enroll their children in private schools, rather than in failing public schools.

A November 14th hearing has been set in the case.

State officials want the lawsuit thrown out.
