A Wiregrass High School is paving the way for career development and technology.

Today, the Alabama Department of Education did a walk-through of Carroll High School in Ozark. The Director of Career Technical Education and Workforce Development says they have chosen Carroll High as one of their model programs.

The Federal Monitoring Team came along for the tour. According to the director, this way of teaching helps students understand why they are learning and helps connects their academic courses to the world of work.
