Auburn University suffered a bit of an environment scare when a school worker discovered contaminated water at one of the campus' three secure cooling towers.
According to one report, the water was not used for drinking and no one is believed to be in any immediate danger.
However, officials were concerned enough to collect water samples and send to a state lab for further testing.
The incident is being treated as an emergency situation. University police do not have a suspect or any serious physical evidence at the crime scene.
