A Georgia teenager was suspended from school for a photograph that turned up on the Myspace website.
More than 20 Mt. Zion High School students took part in a picture-taking session outside the school cafeteria, just before Thanksgiving.
The picture was posted on Myspace and some of the students were suspended for flashing gang signs in the photograph.
Clayton County schools have a zero-tolerance policy against any type of gang activity.
School officials say the investigation is continuing and there could be more suspensions.
There is no word if the students will be allowed to make up any missed exams.
