Both Dothan High Schools were evacuated today after a bomb threat. School administrators immediately evacuated students from the two schools.
Shortly after, Dothan Police arrived to secure the area. The bomb squad, led by the bomb sniffing dog, went through both schools before students were allowed to go back inside.
Police say the same person who called in the bomb threats to the schools, also called in a bomb threat to the Dothan Airport. All three incidents turned out to be false alarms.
Police say the person responsible for calling in the false threats will be charged with three felony counts of terrorist threats, which means they are facing jail time.
