No More Soda in School

The soft drink industry says taking the sugary bubbles out of some school vending machines "just makes sense."

The nation's biggest beverage distributors have agreed to stop selling non-diet sodas to most public schools.

A spokesman for former president Clinton, whose foundation helped broker the deal, says it's a leap toward improving school-based nutrition.

The president of the American Heart Association, which also argued for the change, says it's only the beginning of a major effort to reduce childhood obesity
