ATLANTA (AP) - Police have arrested two men for murder in the
shooting of an Atlanta mother who was slain in front of her 4-year-old daughter.
Authorities said 22-year-old Princeton Blackwell and 19-year-old
Kerwin Tate were arrested Friday and charged with the Jan. 14
killing of Kaneisha Carr.
Investigators tell WSB-TV that other suspects may be involved.
Surveillance video taken the night of the shooting shows one man following another into Carr's home.
Police said the first man was trying to rob the second man.
The 23-year-old mother was shot in front of her daughter during the chaotic robbery attempt.
She had been preparing for a birthday party.
Carr's husband, Derrick, said the arrests have not brought him any relief.
