Crews are working high above London to finish the Shard Building.
The final section of steel was lifted in place this week.
It will be a mixed-use building with offices, restaurants and apartments.
Once the Shard is finished, it will stand at more than one-thousand feet.. making it the tallest building in Western Europe.
However, it won't hold that title long.
Two skyscrapers under construction in Paris will be 60 feet taller.
The Shard will be completed this summer.
