It was bikini weather in Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 12) as some of Victoria's Secret's top models showcased the line's 2013 swimwear collection.

Candice Swanepoel, Karlie Kloss, and Alessandra Ambrosio posed poolside, showing off the different styles, shapes and colors for this season.

"Confidence is key, especially at the beach when you're not wearing much. You have to feel good in what you are wearing and I think all of the suits, especially if you find one that really suits your body type, suits your style, you feel really beautiful and really confident and I think that that shows," said Kloss.

This season's collection is inspired by "old Hollywood starlets and their chic escapes," according to the company, and features an array of bright colors, animal prints, and metallics.

As far as how to look best in a bikini, Ambrosio gave a few of her favorite beach-ready tips.

"I guess eating light, it's a way of feeling good on the beach so you're not heavy, you don't feel heavy when you're putting [on] a bikini. I love like a bronze lotion, so I feel like tan and kind of glowy."

And to get that glow, Victoria's Secret also offers a full line of self tanners, body moisturizers, and shimmer lotions.
