A wild turkey is causing all kinds of trouble in a New Jersey neighborhood.

It keeps showing up at odd times, setting off car alarms, stopping traffic and hounding deliverymen and even police.

Rick Randall, a FedEx driver, explains, "I tell you one time he chased me out of my truck. It just attacks the wheels. If you're stopped at a red light, he'll come right up and he's fearless. He'll stay right in front of your truck. You see, he's stopping traffic here left and right."

Police say the gusty gobbler has even gone after some officers and their cruisers.

Authorities believe it may just be about Thanksgiving revenge.
The bird mysteriously disappeared around the holiday, but reappeared as soon as it was over.

While it may be a nuisance, police say the turkey's "crimes" aren't enough to label him a feathered fugitive.
