Traffic Deaths Fall To Lowest Number Since 1949

Some good news from the nation's roadways: The number of highway deaths continues to fall.

A study by the US Department of Transpiration found that in 2011 just over 32-thousand people died on U-S highways.

That's least amount of deaths since 1949.

The administration credits safety agencies, education and advances in technology for the continued decline in highway deaths.
